Please place your orders via the IconRadford Trade Portal. This ensures priority and minimises errors. Your Area Sales Manager is trained to help you use the portal. They will make sure your Login is set up and answer any questions you may have.
The correct final delivery address must be used for all orders, as most orders are packed for delivery by our suppliers, and we cannot change the delivery address after the order has been processed for shipment.
You will receive an Order Confirmation for all orders placed. If you do not receive one for an order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If for any reason delivery of your order is going to be delayed, you will receive a Delay Notification from email@example.com
