Delivery Lead Times

Stock Orders

Delivery for orders which are in stock in NZ or Australia is 3-5 days.

Indent Orders

Our Standard Delivery for Indent orders post Covid is 3-4 weeks.

Express Delivery is also available for an extra charge. Post Covid this is 10 – 14 days.

Invoices

When your order is despatched from our warehouse you will be sent a Despatch Notification, a Checking Sheet to assist you in the event of a problem, and the Invoice for the order.  These will all come from distribution@iconradford.com.

Track and Trace

The courier tracking number is printed on the Invoice you receive for your order. Please use this to track your order if necessary.
