Description
This beautiful fabric is inspired by a vintage Japanese Boro textile. Boro, or ragged, refers to a technique popular a century ago when handwoven cotton fabrics were patched and mended over time. These timeworn textiles were born out of humble necessity, but are known for their eclectic patterns and unique compositions. Here the variation of stripes, subtle shades of black and grey, and small scale pattern keeps this design authentic to its source. Woven and patched together in a sturdy 100% cotton quality, good for upholstery and multipurpose use.
