Design: Hackney Empire Wallpaper

Animals dressed up in finery are depicted in the iconic Hackney Empire print. A hookahsmoking sloth, a frog in a bowler hat, a fanning otter and an imbibing badger are just some of the characterful critters depicted. Originally oilpainted onto wood to create a handpainted finish, Hackney Empire combines a rich palette of midnight blue with highlights of jewel tones, from ochre to grenadine, for a decadent and mesmerising effect. Our wallpaper is made using PVCfree, ecofriendly materials and promises minimal environmental impact at every stage of production.
